Shipping policy
Order Processing & Lead Times
Our products are shipped flat-packed for safe transport and efficient delivery.
- In-stock items are typically processed and shipped within 2–5 business days after your order is placed.
- Made-to-order items require additional production time and typically ship within 2–3 weeks for Camper Kits, and 4–5 weeks for CyberSlide from the order date.
Lead times are listed on individual product pages when applicable. Please note that production timelines are estimates and may vary due to material availability or production volume.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and shipping method.
Estimated delivery times (after shipment):
- Standard Shipping: 5–14 business days
Delivery times are estimates and do not include processing or production lead times.
Flat-Packed & Oversized Shipments
Because our products are shipped flat-packed, some orders may:
- Ship in multiple boxes
- Arrive in separate deliveries
- Be classified as oversized by carriers
Tracking numbers will be provided for each shipment when available.
Carriers
We ship using trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, USPS, and Amazon Logistics. Carrier selection is based on package size, destination, and shipping method.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to update after the carrier receives the package.
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
- Carrier issues
- Weather conditions
- Supply chain disruptions
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Once an order has entered production or shipped, address changes may not be possible.
Damaged, Missing, or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at info@fruble.co within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery). Include photos of the packaging and products so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
International Shipping
International shipping rates, delivery times, and customs fees vary by destination. Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees.
