Return and Refund

You can return our products for a refund within 30 days of receiving it, given that it is unused and in its original packaging. Original shipping costs, import duties, and brokerage fees are non-refundable, and you are responsible for any return shipping costs. Kickstarter rewards are non-refundable.

Warranty and Repair

Fruble Camper Kits and CyberSlide come with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects, excluding normal wear and tear. After that, enjoy free lifetime repair or replacement services for eligible kit components damaged through regular use—just cover the shipping, and we’ll handle the rest. Third-party accessories sold through our store are not covered under warranty or eligible for repairs.

Order Cancellation

If you choose to cancel your order after payment has been processed, a non-refundable processing fee of 4.9% of the order total will be deducted from your refund to cover transaction costs incurred by our payment processor. This policy applies to all orders regardless of the reason for cancellation.
